Chapter 8 Sending Emails has an omission regarding creating letterheads, page 118 needs another instruction before the save. You must flag the document for external use otherwise the wizard cannot find the file. Overall the book has been useful.

Super useful book that has everything you need to know to learn Salesforce. I actually used this book in conjunction to my Salesforce training class for the administrative exam. It is more thorough than some of the materials they have on their site. I definitely recommend this!
