Robin Dand is Product Manager at NYSE Liffe. He has previously worked for Gill & Dufus Limited, Holco Trading Company and as Shipping Manager at the ICCO. He is widely regarded as a leading authority on the cocoa trade.

Excellent Snapshot of Cocoa Industry

Anyone interested in learning more than just the very basics of the global industry needs to read Dand's book. A must for every player in the sector. My only complaint is about the lengthy appendixes that make up over half of the book and are really just fillers.
